Advocate Hub programmes are designed for advocates, policy professionals, researchers, public health practitioners, and individuals engaged in public policy discussions.
· Participation Expectations
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions where possible, engage respectfully in discussions, and complete any learning activities associated with the programme.
· Programme Delivery
Programmes may include live online sessions, workshops, digital materials, and recorded lectures. Advocate Hub reserves the right to adjust schedules, speakers, or delivery formats where necessary.
· Certification
Certificates of Completion may be issued to participants who meet course participation requirements. Certificates recognize educational participation and do not constitute professional licensing.
· Liability
Advocate Hub provides educational content in good faith. Advocate Hub is not responsible for decisions or outcomes resulting from the application of course content.
Participants must agree to the following conditions:
Advocate Hub programs bring together individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful and constructive learning environment.
· Expected Behaviour
Participants should engage respectfully, maintain professionalism in discussions, and respect differing viewpoints.
· Unacceptable Behaviour
Harassment, intimidation, discriminatory language, personal attacks, session disruption, or unauthorized recording or distribution of materials are not permitted.
· Confidentiality
Participants should respect the confidentiality of experiences and perspectives shared during discussions.
· Enforcement
Advocate Hub reserves the right to issue warnings or remove individuals from sessions in cases of serious or repeated violations of this Code of Conduct.
Participants must agree to the following conditions:
Advocate Hub respects participant privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected during program registration and participation.
· Information Collected
Information may include participant name, email address, professional affiliation, country or region, and participation records.
· Use of Information
Information is used for course administration, communication, certificate issuance, and informing participants about future Advocate Hub programs.
· Data Protection
Advocate Hub takes reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
· Communication Preferences
Participants may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Participants must agree to the following conditions:
All Advocate Hub course materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
· Ownership
Course materials including slides, workbooks, presentations, research summaries, and recorded lectures remain the property of Advocate Hub/Paraclete Associates Limited or its contributors.
· Permitted Use
Participants may use materials for personal learning and professional development.
· Restricted Use
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use course materials without written permission from Advocate Hub.
· Attribution
When referencing Advocate Hub materials in presentations or publications, appropriate attribution should be provided.
